Green or black algae on siding
Mildew or dark streaks
Dirty patios or walkways
Pollen buildup
Staining around shaded areas
Slippery surfaces
Dull or dirty curb appeal
What happens on the day
Soft Washing vs. Pressure Washing
Not every surface should be cleaned with high pressure. Siding, painted surfaces, wood, and delicate materials often need a softer approach. Concrete and certain hard surfaces may allow higher pressure when appropriate.
Walk the elevations and water the beds
Which walls are shaded, what the siding actually is, where the spouts discharge, and what is planted underneath. Beds and shrubs get soaked before anything is mixed, so nothing sits on a dry root.
Mix to the surface, not to the schedule
Vinyl, painted brick, stucco and cedar all take a different strength. We mix on site for what is in front of us, and we tell you what is in it if you ask.
Apply low, let it dwell
Applied at garden-hose pressure from the bottom up so nothing streaks, then left to work. This is the part that replaces scrubbing.
Rinse from the top down
A wide low-pressure fan, always down-lap so no water is driven behind a course of siding. Windows, doors and light fittings get rinsed as we come to them.
Hard surfaces at the right pressure
Concrete, walkways, patios and driveways may be cleaned with higher pressure when appropriate. Wood decks and painted surfaces get the softer approach.
Final rinse and a walk round
Surfaces get a final rinse, the beds are watered again, and we walk the property with you before we load up.
