SERVICE 01
Air Duct Cleaning in Maryland
Over time, dust, pet hair, renovation debris, and everyday household buildup can collect inside vents and ductwork. Our air duct cleaning service helps remove visible buildup from accessible duct areas so the system can move air through a cleaner pathway.
Signs you need this
When Air Duct Cleaning May Make Sense
Air duct cleaning is an as-needed service. Consider professional cleaning when:
There is substantial visible dust or debris
After major renovation
After pest activity
When moving into a home with unknown maintenance history
When visible buildup is present inside accessible ductwork
When pet hair and dust collect around vents and returns
What happens on the day
Professional Air Duct Cleaning for Maryland Homes
Your air ducts move heated and cooled air throughout your home every day. When dust and debris collect inside the system, buildup can remain behind vents, returns, and duct lines for years.
Call Duct Cleaning provides professional air duct cleaning for Maryland homeowners who want a cleaner, better-maintained air distribution system. We focus on careful cleaning, home protection, honest recommendations, and photo documentation whenever possible.
We do not make medical claims, and we do not tell every customer they need duct cleaning. If the visible condition does not support cleaning, we explain what we see.
Walk the house and count
Every supply and every return, room by room, plus the filter slot and the size of the furnace cabinet. That count is the price, and you get it before anything is unscrewed.
Seal up and go negative
Drop cloths at the cabinet, registers covered, and the HEPA 500 tied into the trunk through one access port. The whole system is pulled below room pressure so anything we loosen travels toward the machine and not into the hall.
Brush every branch from the register end
A rod-mounted brush and an air whip go down each run to the trunk. Boots are done by hand, because that is where the heavy grit sits. Registers come off, get washed and go back on the same screws.
Registers, grilles and return openings
Vent covers and registers come off and are cleaned, and return openings are cleared of dust, pet hair and loose debris. We clean the ductwork; we do not service the furnace or the air handler.
Patch the port and note concerns
The access port is patched with a screwed metal panel and mastic, not tape. If we see something that appears to need repair, we document it and recommend the proper licensed professional.
Read it and photograph it
Airflow read at each register against what we measured on arrival, camera back down two runs, and the before and after pictures go to you whether or not they flatter the job.
